After updating my LM5 to lm5m3-20211215, I can't reach it on the network even I made a reset.

Were you able to perform HW factory reset and the LEDs reacted correctly?
In this case the safest option is to reflash the card

How should the LEDs react ?

When you hold reset button for first 10s led 2 will be red and it will flash red after 10s, release and press again. After 10sec will flash faster.

Does any LED comes on when you power it up?

Yes the first led, and it will turn on and off every 2,3s

What about second LED?

It flashes red every two seconds with very low light

Re flash the SD card, to be 100% sure you should use new card.
