Sonos HTTP API, control, status for Sonos!

[url=https://jishi.github.io/node-sonos-http-api/][/url]Hi guys ! I want to control my sonos one! I have read on this forum but I don't quite understand it, I want to embed it in the interface without using LM's sonos app. So how do I send HTTP commands to turn on/off, volume up/down, mute, etc.
