Replace Micro SD Card issue

Hello
I have an issue with the SL Micro SD Card, its become read only.
I make the first step using the USB Image tool 
then I open the browser clear the cash >> choose the Image file>> Upload then I have this Message: 
Bad Gateway
the process didn't produce any response

How much time it should take, more than 10min elapsed but still not finished!

It should take no more than 5 minutes to finish. Can you ping the device?

Yes, the same way as with the older recovery. But you should see the same window as for standard firmware upgrade.

Its worked now
But what could make the original recovery file not working?

It's an older recovery image with 16MB upload file limit. Newer firmwares are larger so you get an error. Updated recovery image can handle firmwares up to 32MB.
