Hi, I can not open the pluss sign (App store) in my LM.
Do I have to upgrade my firmware?

Which firmware version do you have now? Do you get any error message? Do you have gateway and DNS configured in LM?

I think everything is ok.

When I press the + button, the loading screen comes, but closes again
