just wanted to share with everyone my picture perfect experience after my LogicMachine stopped working yesterday. I wrote to OpenRB telling them just that and that I needed an urgent replacement. My LM does most of the lighting at home through the DMX port. I got an answer minutes later. The replacement arrived just one day later. Thanks to my habit of regularly making a backup I got it working but uploading the latest backup. Thanks!!!
