Debian based firmware, open platform, built-in Zigbee, LAN, KNX (and CAN FT, but idk), RS485 and all in one is most fairy device could ever be. Of course there must be robust and user-friendly software which looks like Mi Home or Smartthings, not the current Mosaic is. Zigbee should support all devices possible updating device profiles from your server.
Still I does not understand why LoRa is your choice and why it is needed, can't see any "broad market user" use cases.
BLE should go in pair with NFC to quick connect to smartphone. Otherwise BLE is redundant.
LTE module should work out of box without any settings, otherwise it is redundant.
