Bacnet client app not fetching all bacnet devices

I am using LM5 KDC for knx -Bacnet ip integration for AC controlling. I installed Bacnet client app in LM5. After scanning it shows the 28 devices with their device ID. But when I scanned same bacnet bus by another software it shows that there are 30 devices.
2 devices are not shown by rescanning in Bacnet client app.I try to restart the Bacnet server but still not problem solved. If I try to delete the one of the  Bacnet device from client app then how to recover this deleted device
