Store data with a 1 min trend resolution

Hello everybody.

I am trying to store data with a 1 min trend resolution.

I get this to work, but it doesn't store data for more than an hour.

Is there a solution to this problem?
Is there an alternative?

My team and I are doing some experiments and we need to have temperature data every minute, even every 30 seconds.

Please, if you know a possible solution I will be very grateful.
