It sound like your blind actuator is broken or the motor. Go to your actuator and try controlling it, you should hear some clicks.

The blinds work perfectly from the buttons and from a touchscreen that i have in this room!

The Solution was to add dummy and it work can you tell me why this happend?
 3 years now worked perfectly!
