Hi, A customer of mine is reporting that he can't see images from either the LM Home app or the website https://remote.logicmachine.net, as shown in the screenshot.
He has an Android smartphone and a Mac.
I've tried using my phone (samsung) and my PC (win11) on my LAN, and everything works fine.
Any idea what could be causing this?
