This is an issue caused by Apps server upgrade. You need to install this fix through Utilities -> Install updates, then reinstall Mosaic and it will work:

You can also install RC3 or later where this bug is fixed.

After fix here is still error in error log ---

cannot open /data/apps/store/data/mosaic20/lua/mqtt_library.lua: No such file or directory

You have install the patch, then uninstall Mosaic and then instal Mosaic again.

This is not working on LM4 RC3. I've installed patch, delete Mosaic and then installed mosaic again and nothing.

I just tried on LM Ambient with latest fw Version: 20170601, upgraded Mosaic to version: 20170602 and it works fine.  Don't know what to suggest. Clear browser cache
