Do you have KNX IP features enabled on both devices?
- KNX IP is switched on on the "broken" LM only. I've made a printscreen of both settings:

0.28 0.17 0.18
Broken LM:
Load averages
0.03 0.14 0.19
Unfortunately I can't find anything wrong. Just the message.
