Ios Siri or Homekit support?

Hi,

As you guys can see from this article:

Apple has freed up HomeKit support, thus not requiring a chip
Therefore I don't understand why Thinka would want to spend money on a chip, if they can use software...

Hopefully LM/W4K will get HomeKit support in the future.... and hopefully sooner than later!!

I am considering trying out the Homebridge solution in the meantime, I don't think (with all respect to the development team, they do a great job!!) HomeKit support for LM/W4K will be anywhere to see anytime soon
