Hi,

did not found how to change fonts in new beta visualization, is possible to add any other fonts for usage?

Also do we have some instruction for new visu? Just starting create one for new project, and many questions I have. Who from your team can help me a bit?

New visu is quite similar to old visu and Mosaic. What exactly are you struggling with?

You can add fonts via CSS.

One option is to load the font file directly. It can be a local file as well, uploaded via old visu fonts section or via ftp to public directory. But a local file won't work over LM cloud.

Hi,

so some first questions regarding new visu:

1. I need visu for cloud usage. Both last FW and app installed for LM controller. (2025.07.beta and visu-20250709-3.apk)
2. I need visu for mobile usage and for tablet usage, so different display sizes needed. How divide visu for mobile and visu for tablet?
3. What is idea parent/no parent at plan view?
4. Can I Add header and/or ribbon for visu for icons or other info?
5. What function is for "level" selection at plan/level adding stage?
6. Plan/tile view difference - sizes?
7. Tile view width - 3 to 12 tiles or automatic? Why we need select width?
8. Can I see schedulers and trends in new cloud visu?

Just because of many start visu creation questions I have I wanted somebody can assist me for faster visu creation. After that I can help for new visu documentation.

Also as I see - could be good from your side prepare example of visualization demo vith plans/levels/layouts usage for mobile and tablet local/cloud usage. This demo VERY helps us - engineers create customer tasks much faster.

4. Not sure what do you mean, share an example.
5. It is just for navigation, sometimes you want clear segregation in menu.

Hi,

Some new questions and requests:

regarding 1. point - do I need install FW mentioned at link there? I already installed 2025.07.beta FW. Or for beta testing I anyway need to use specific FW? Not clear.

2. In tile mode not clear how locate icons below part of screen (I put video recorded from screen to cloud - https://failiem.lv/u/8p72cfag4m).
3. In tile mode not clear how locate icons/widgets in sequence vertically I needed
3. How can I do wide of icon/widget to max to screen width (I changed icons width - but not work) - see picture in attach
4. Plan view link - http://IP/apps/data/visu/, what is tile view link? 
5. For widget functions/tags would be good to add custom names additionally to already added list. Why - just for usage any other language. (another pic in attach)
6. Icon sizes still big enough at mobile phone screen (icon size selected 16x16 - min allowed, and tile width and height is 1x1. Is possible somehow do icon sizes smaller?  
7. Would be good to have possibility to save color pallet in the visu project, if we do graphics in some steps.

1. Use 2025.07 beta firmware. It already includes the latest Visu package.

2. Widgets in Tile view are placed horizontally first (same as in Mosaic). You can adjust the Tile view width in admin mode to see how it will look on a different screen. Phones usually fit 3 tiles.

3. Tile view width/height controls the widget size.

4. It switches automatically based on the screen width. See General settings > View mode.

5. This will be implemented later.

6. Compact mode size only affects Plan view. We might add an option to adjust the base tile size later.

7. Do you mean custom colors in color picker? These are saved locally on your device.

Hi,

trying create for customer visu these weekends. Used Tile view, now I decided use just mobile phone for remote control over cloud. Still many things I think should be improved:

1. I use Iphone 16. Screen resolution  2556‑by‑1179-pixel. Only 2 tiles possible to see at screen. (tile 16x16 min size used). So here what I needed:

a. possibility to set screen size in pixels. Of course super idea automatic adaptation to any screen size, but if we know size, we can use widget size to full width of screen, in my case I can see just 2 tiles and some gaps from both sides, not possible to use full wide of screen. At pic1 is possible to see visu screen with 16x16 tiles 1, 2 and 3 in a row, at pic2 is my phone screen where we can see that only 2 tiles seen.. 

b. possibility to use much much smaller tiles and visu - would be good if element size can be like in the menu at pic1 (left side). Now modern app can show aprox 30 diff elements on screen - graphs, info etc.. Now tiles too big. 

c. I used not all widgets, but what i need for switch widget - would be good for title also change color and size. Also good if possible to locate title not just above and change place of text (left/right/default/center) but locate at the left side of the icon in widget 2x1 as example (see pic);

d. all info not seen in 1 tile time widget if select bold text. 
e. background picture not resize to screen size;
f. Some pictures not seen at background (I use .jpg format) I think pictures max allowed size should be shown in pic adding menu. My visu even hung up - I cannot change background image anymore, I just reset visu and loaded it again from backup.

Also not clear for me how create custom widgets..

You must have some scaling enabled as we checked loads of mobiles and 3 tiles always fit.

Going home, I think would be good to add app to CarPlay - will be more convinient to open gates and garage and see other info if needed.

Info I found:

To add a phone app to CarPlay, you need to ensure the app is compatible with CarPlay.

Hi,

I also have a small feature suggestion.
Would it be possible to add two more icons:
- 1x square
- 1x circle

Both symbols should be filled in.
This would allow them to be used for the color picker and the selected color would be displayed across the entire surface.

What about just using shape without the icon? You can select background for it.

But I can only assign a static color to the shape, isn't it?
For the icon, I can select “Apply current color to icon” so that the symbol always has the currently selected color.

Hi,

thank you for new widgets!! We very evaluate your work and waiting new possibilities!

Camera widget not worked from first step. Will investigate. 

For trend widget would be good, if we show from one to three trends also to show real value(s) over graphs. always did this in Mosaic - more convenient view. Example in attach.

You can display up to 5 trends. There is tooltip which will display values if go over the curve.

Hi,
We need to change font type, font colour , font size , italic settings of title text also like regular text label. Also we can't add custom font i think and it will be af future plan.

Same thing can be done with any other element. We don't want to make the customization too complex so we stick only to the most common parts.

Which title are you referring to? Top bar with plan name or tile view widget title?

I have one more request also. In widget appearance menu, some settings is just for tile apperance ,some settngs is just for general or plan view. Regarding to this, can you separate apperance menu like , tile apperance and plan apperance to prevent confusion and easy to use.

The first setting in a widget is Show, select correct option first.
