Good morning,
Could you please send me the link to download the LM Home App .apk file? It’s for an Android 8.1 device.
I believe this app is only available starting from Android 10? In that case, I will need the link to the other app.
Thank you so much.

Hello, everyone! I have some problems with my evening. I'm using a message lmhome. But it's having problems: the notification from Lmhome to the phone has no sound, nor can it be reviewed (no Log section to review) . So my customers complained, there was no warning sound, no review of the notice, so it was very inconvenient. Does somebody have a solution for it ? I'm very much grateful to you for sharing it.

Hi,
We're trying to use the new LM Home app on an ipad ios18.6.2 and when the app opens it goes directly to cloud loggin.
we've tried to hold the icon and go to settings but allways goes to cloud login... If we're not connected to a wifi then we can access to manual configuration but when we enable wifi again it jumps to cloud login...

Thanks, we were able to reproduce this bug, luckily it works on iphone. Unfortunetelly the developer responsible for the app is on holiday for two weeks and we will have to wait for him to get back to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience. You should be able to use the shortcut for now.

Hello. I'm testing the LM HOME notification service. On my iPhone, the notification is instant, but there's no sound. I checked the settings, and notifications are enabled. However, I can't read the notification in full, as tapping it takes me directly to the Visu. Is it possible to add a tab, which could even be toggled in the view menu, so that a separate notifications section appears and I can see them?

Push notifications are OS based, LM Home app doesn't even know about them. We are planning to add visu notifications at some point.

Hi,
When I try to add a LM manually in the app it appears a message: "Cannot add device"
"Host name / IP" is like aaaa.bbbb.com:8080 and it's HTTPS (I check the box in the app)
Do you know what can be happening?
And is there any way to disable LM Cloud connection in the app?
I mean to prevent it from trying to connect to the cloud and only working with the IP or domain.
Thanks.

LM Home is design to work locally with any LM app and remotely with our cloud. This will not work as when remotely app will go to cloud automatically. You should switch to new Visu and do it with proper security, opening ports is not very secured solution.

Ok, but when I try to connect locally using https it doesn't work... I've tryied using default port (443) and adding another one in LM config... Allways appers the message "Cannot add device". Using http it works...

To use HTTPS you need valid ssl certificate. If you use our SSL cert app and you create a domain, then when adding it HTTPS connection will be used.

We have our own valid ssl certificate and HTTPS doesn't work locally neither remotely using the app...
If you want to test I send you a PM with our URL
Using old app or browser it works...

But locally with a valid certificate should it work?
In our office we have NAT loopback in the local LAN and it doesn't work using HTTPS, so I don't understand why is it used for...

The valid cert must be on the LM itself not on your router. Your setup is not supported. There cannot be anything between LM and the app for it to identify if LM exists locally. If app won't find LM it will go to cloud. The automatic switch between local and cloud connection was the most important feature requested by most customers.

The cert is on the LM not on the router...
We use the same cert for all our devices with the wildcard *.domain.com in the name. When I disable Http on LM and automatically search devices it's found as "https://*.domain.com" and when I press over it tries to acces to the page "https://%2A.domain.com"...
Automatic switch is very useful, but would be interesting to have the option to choose if it's enabled or not, and something like local ip --> external ip --> cloud.
In the end, in terms of security, accessing via https is just as dangerous on the web as via app, and it should be the customer's responsibility...

Automatic search won't work with a wildcard cert because LM uses the domain name from the certificate to tell the app where to connect. It should work if LM is added manually, it uses standard 443 port and the certificate is trusted by the OS.
The app is designed so the users don't have to use port forwarding. That's why there is no point in adding an option to disable automatic switching to cloud.
