ETS do scan but did not see LM5RIOE Individual Address

Dear colleagues,

I am doing configure LM5RIOE, it is assigned individual address as 1.1.10 , i used USB interface for doing configure for KNX system but when i create a group address on KNX TP system and export esf file to import into LM5RIOE but it looks like it does not work together with KNX TP system. is there anyone can show me how can i check what problem for LM5RIOE ? other devices in KNX system still work together except LM5RIOE.

I did download firmware once. Before downloading firmware, it still worked normally. But it looks like after downloading firmware, it got problem. I am not sure, just have a doubt on it. Can u help me to check whether it has this case.

KNX Connection -> General -> set Mode to "TP-UART" , it's currently set to "EIBnet/IP Routing"
Regarding your line scan, i don't think any of the LM's show up regardless.

Correct, LM does not appear as a physical device in ETS scan.
