Seems you have high bus load. Try to debug why.

Connect using ETS and check which device is sending a lot of telegrams

Usually it happens when there is second IP router connected. I know nothing about your project so hard to say.
Change KNX multicast and see if ti helped

Actually IP shows 0 so this is probably a script loop or something on KNX side
