Zwave - Fibaro Motion Sensor

I would like to use the Zwave Fibaro Motion Sensor (http://www.fibaro.com/en/the-fibaro-syst...ion-sensor) in my KNX/LogicMachine system without using an external controller like the Fibaro Home Controller.

Is there a way to link a Zwave device? For example via an USB stick or the Razberry (http://razberry.z-wave.me)

Zwave USB dongle is supported on hardware level in LogicMachine.  
On software level a communication protocol needs to be written. Some of our partners are working on this. Here is an example of Zwave integration into LogicMachine:

Once finished this can be installed as an application through LogicMachine Application Store.

Anyway, we recommend to use EnOcean and Bluetooth Low Energy which are open protocols. Zwave is a product of one manufacturer and it is not so good to to rely only on it. In Embedded Systems we work moslty with technologies which are de-facto and de-jure on the market.

I know that Zwave is not the perfect protocol, but the Fibaro sensors are very small and looks nice.
I can't find any other device with the same looks / functionality. Maybe Openrb can also develop good looking and small KNX sensors

Any idea when the Partner had a working software version for the LM to support Zwave devices?
Maybe you can give more information about this, or can i do some beta testing?

Alright we are buying some of ZWave products now (USB dongle and Fibaro and some other sensors/actuators) and will do the interface for that by our programmers. I suppose this will be available through Application Store once ready. Hope to update soon.

I am also interested to know if there is any way to connect a Fibaro Z-Wave Flood Sensor to my existing electric panel, which uses LM4.
I don't have the possibility to add more wires through the wall and to use a binary input from the KNX network. I guess that the only option would be radio connection and then connect the radio receiver with some relay contacts to the KNX binary input module. Is there any simple way to do it, than my suggestion?

Also, there is any product on the market that can translate Z-Wave signal to work with KNX, at least for reading the data? Any plans to add Z-Wave support on LM4?

Good job! Will it be an universal configuration interface for Z-Wave, or will I need some special code/scripting in order to make the LM4 to work with Z-Wave devices? Dongles are easy to be found, but it's important to be also compatible with LM4. 

Do you have an estimative timeframe when Z-Wave feature will be added? I am very happy to hear that this feature it has caught your attention.

Z-Wave will work without any additional scripting, it will scan and show all devices and will allow to map their values to objects. We will have a working prototype soon and hopefully a beta version in one or two months.

Edgars, which USB Z-Wave dongle works with LM4? Any, or only specific models are compatible? What models are you currently testing with success?

What I would recommend for each product is to make a compatibility list (or product suggestions) for USB 3G/LTEmodems, sensors, Z-Wave dongles, Z-Wave devices and so on, like QNAP has here. Anything that you have tested in the lab would be useful, with some comments on the right side that is partially/fully working.

Any Z-Wave compatible product will work through this adapter. We are doing tests with Fibaro multi sensor and TKB Home dual wall switch

I see. The reason I asked is because the Z-Wave logo is shown with the LM4 product, so what does the Z-Wave logo mean if it's not yet supported at the moment?
