I have an old wiser, equipped with 1.1 HW version.
I upgraded the firmware to last one 2.8.
Is this machine able to connect to wiser cloud service?
I can't do that....

Hello,
HW 1.1 should be able to connect. Send us the MAC address of the controller.
Was the controller able to connect before upgrading to 2.8?

If it has 2.8 than make sure you set (under system) the http server to “http and https” instead of the default “https only”

I can confirm, "http and https" was already correctly setted.

Now the problem is:
- if I use old wiser app i received a message "Account creation not allowed with this controller"
- if I use newer wiser app I can associate the controller, but the procedure stops when I try to set the site location (I have an error)
