Alarms in lm5 or WK4?

How can I generate detectable alerts for the system operator even if it is in another browser tab with the lm5 or WK4 web servers open in the graphical interface?

Have you tried Alert manager app?

I have not used it, can you share the file with me since the computers where I am going to install it do not have an internet connection.
