time and date spacelink?

Hello, I have a spacelink that does not keep the time and date after a loss of voltage, the equipment does not have internet access, what can be done?

They have only super capacitor which is meant to keep the time for some time. Which hw version is it and how long for is it power down?

It is a maintenance shutdown of up to 10 minutes

This is a very old version, the new one would keep it for some hours. There are KNX time clocks which can update SL internal clock.
