I can't reach LM on the browser

HI,

I am in panic,  I can't reach a customer's LM from the browser as usual: static-ip:10050 and I know for sure it is working, since I keep receive telemetry on Thingsboard.

I can reach other LMs in the same network.


I'm afraid there is an infinite loop script. Is there a way to reboot via ssl or something?

If you have infinite loop then the device is most likely keep rebooting itself. Ask someone to power down or press reset button.
