Alert manager localization

Hello, there is a small problem with alert managerunfortunatelly i can't change language of alert manager interface, but the local law demand, that interface shoul be in the local language. How to can do it?

Alert manager only has built-in localization in Dutch. Adding other translations is not possible without modifying the app source code.
