User directory .lp scripting

Hi,

I want to write a script in the user directory of SL (e.g./data/apps/store/user to access it via endpoint http://{CONTROLLER_IP}/user/{FILE NAME} ).

How can a script be made to:

1. Process the web request - e.g. if i access http://sl/user/script.lp?arg1=value1&arg2=value2 - being able to read the 
   
2. Perform grp.getvalue and grp.write for objects
