Logic Machine Cloud - cannot connect to LM5

Cannot connect to my LM5 from LogicMachine Cloud.
Sync button remains disabled. LM5 is connected to the internet. My LM5 is able to ping remote.logicmachine.net

Browser console does not show any error or warning. Neither syslog.

HW: LM5 Lite + Ext (i.MX6)
SW: 20230130

Sync button is enabled only when LM is connected to cloud. Maybe there's a firewall blocking the connection?

It may be firewall. Which port does cloud service use? 80?

Hi, I am struggling with the same issue and I suspect that IT has not opened the required Ports.
I used Traceroute to see if a packet reaches the cloud servers. But as far as I know, Traceroute uses UDP per default. Is that the same on LogicMachine?
How can I add the -T flag to traceroute command. Maybe in a script?

I tried to add a window that accesses https://remote.logicmachine.net, but that did not work as well. I also can't access the download server, but is that hosted under remote.logicmachine.net as well?

First check if you have correct gateway set in network interface.

Gateway is set correctly, otherwise I would not be able to Ping anything outside my Broadcast domain.
