@PabloCoVa, your LM is not connected to cloud and Mosaic config is not synchronized. Check LM Cloud app logs as mentioned here: https://forum.logicmachine.net/showthrea...0#pid37130

Unfortunatelly, the same issue appeared with the same customer.
The issue was resolved by deletion and creating again the user as you said.

Why does this happen ,while it was working properly? Wiil this happen again?

This won't happen again if you have created a user when a Mosaic configuration already exists.
