The mobile app seems to malfunction when my 4G or local Wi-Fi connection is weak, often displaying what appears to be an older cached version of Mosaic. Is there a way to clear the cache? It struggles to connect to the "live" version once my connection improves.

When you are on 4G app will jump to cloud. Are you sure that your LM is synced with cloud?

When I'm driving home, I use the app to open my gate. However, if the connection is poor, it sometimes loads an older version of the app that I synced to the cloud a long time ago. Since the two versions of Mosaic look similar, I end up clicking "open gate," but nothing happens because I'm using the offline version instead of the cloud version. Is there a way to delete the offline version so I can easily tell whether I'm on the live version or not?

Just go to LM cloud app and press sync. The only way to connect to LM remotely is via cloud.
In cloud settings you can delete none existing networks.

Close cloud Mosaic and go to settings (gear icon). Scroll to the bottom and verify that your current account is the same that is used with your current active network.
On the cloud side I see two networks having the same object names as in your screenshot.

It is the same user.
And yes I have 2 networks with the same name, but one of them is a "Guest Network" (ID:*****00724)
Will it solve my problem to delete the Guest Network that is Offline? And if so, how do I do that?

This means that this network was created by a different account. Check PM, I've sent you the relevant emails and network IDs.

Thank you, I have deleted the "hidden" network. And as you said the hidden network was the network with outdated Mosaic, just weird that it sometimes opened that instead of the one associated with my current login to cloud.
Gonna test it later today but I think this solves the problem.
