Go to LogicMachine Cloud (https://remote.logicmachine.net/) - Setting and check the network status.

"Not authorized" can be caused by changing the connection string, deleting the network or connecting multiple LMs to a single network.
In case of multiple LMs only the first one is authorized automatically, all others must be authorized manually.

Customer has 2 LMS connected as multiple LMs to a single network and he just told me that from the second one turned Off the internet connection cause he doesn't want to have it on. Does this make any sense or not?
I am sending you the Cloud Status.

Delete the current network in LM Cloud and create a new one. Update connection string in LM that should have cloud connection.

I made the change of the network but now I can see only the LM that its offline and not the online that is connected and I cannot switch to the online LM it shows only the offline LM. I cannot switch from one to another LM as before to control the devices.

What do you have in LM Cloud app logs?
Have you updated the connection string in LM Cloud app after creating a new network?
