System monitoring

There has been written about System monitoring function in the LM5 manual at page 158 poing 9.15.
But I can't find this option. Where is it available in the System menu?

This feature has been removed/replaced with another built-in monitoring application which is not user-configurable.

Does the built-in monitoring work? Because a week ago my LM died and it wasn't restarted.

Thank you for your help.
It happened only once after I had changed KNX security settings (details see here http://forum.logicmachine.net/showthread.php?tid=685).
I will use your offer in case the problem will repeat in future.
