Visu: suggestion to create a frame in a page

Hi there,
I would like to insert in a page (Plan View) like a widget object view but it must be always shown. As you know widget appear only when icon is selected. 

I tried to find a solution using an image object but even if I set border color and dimensions of border in appearance tab I see a white image without border.

How can I do that please?

sorry but probably I was not clear. Please find enclosed the example. As you can see there are 4 square. In the example there are the same objects but obviously there will be different.

For that you will need to use some image. There were some suggestions to create a shape widget.

I enclosed the images widget. Even if I set border width and color of the border it is not work as shown.

In this case the image choosen is only and example. But this to show you that border does not change as I set.

The Appearance settings for image are only applied to Tile view. 
For now I think this is the only way.

Yes, it is the same. I used the image to show you that on the plan view the border of the image widget does not work. 

In your opinion can be upgrade?
