So I have tried to swapped A and B for both RS485-1 and RS485-2, didn't help. 
I am attaching the 105E (the model of the thermostat) protocal and the profile I created myself. 
Can you please help check if I did it right?

You first must succeed in the test I asked you to do, any profile creation is pointless till you get communication and you are able to read some values.

This while painful experience happened after a system crash, then I lost the Modbus profile, settings and all that. I mean, currently really only have 4 x RS485 thermostats connected to the LM4, which I use to map to KNX so that I can control them from a HomeKit gateway.
If the profiles are good, then I might just need to test if the RS485 ports are funcitioning. I have already ordered a USB-RS485 connector, it's on the way.

Ah... I thought I need a profile to do any tests... Scan and Read. Sorry~
In that case, I am really out of ideas, this is more and more leading to a faulty 485 ports
