Bug VISU
#1
I created several plans with VISU admin but when i go to the page in the photo for visualization, that error appears. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't, how can I fix it?

Do you access it as admin or a user?

We'd try with admin user and then with the user in attachments but the system respond with the same error

Sorry, our error.

We imported the backup from a new firmware to a old one for local testing.
Now with the 20251204 firmware everything work fine.

Thank you for the support.

Starting from the assumption that we made a mistake in the first place by using a 20251204 backup on to a 20240426 firmware and the Visu configuration may have been corrupted.

After some modification with the new firmware we have the same error.

Like last time the trigger action seems the press of the button "General Setting - Planview - Show Header".

We'll start fresh a new visu configuration with the old backup with the newer firmware, but if you are interested in go to the details that seems the trigger point.
