You still have connection problem here. It looks like this inverter accepts only one connection so everything else must be disabled. Send me your backup to PM, I will check if anything else is taking the slot.

Did you just remove the device from modbus mapper? I can see errors from today but there is no device there. If this is the case then reboot inverter again and see what the script says now.

Yes, I removed it to test the script. I did reboot the inverter and I still get the same error.
The strange thing, is that when I add the device, I get readings from all registers and still I can not write to 40120 & 40125

I suspect that the issue is with the Inverter itself.
Can you tell me what changes shall I do to the script in order to test it over RS485?

How is Modbus TCP configured on your inverter? Maybe there's some setting that forbids writing.

I have no idea what is wrong. The other software is writting over TCP.
That's why I want to try the alternative RS485 route

Enable and configure RTU 1 in Modbus tab. Use Read test to check the communication first. Then try this script, change slave id (2) as needed:
