problem with the cloud

Is there a problem with the cloud?
sometimes it works well and others do not
when it fails, the on-off switches become pushbuttons, others simply do nothing, and when this happens, the bus does not receive any telegrams
with the phone, if I enter by remote or by local fails, I tried with ios and android and the fault is the same

The cloud did not work and neither did Alexa, sometimes it worked but again it failed. Since yesterday if it works

OK please let us know straight on when you have issue. We can then look on logs what is happening.
PS. There will be some maintenance work done this weekend so some interruption is possible.
