PoE Doubts

Hi, I have several questions about PoE power, I usually use a PoE injector from Ubiquiti reference POE-24-12W-G, in the specifications it says that it uses pins 4 and 5 as positive and (3,6) and ( 7,8) as negative, this injector is a passive PoE injector? If so, what do I have to look for when buying a PoE injector to work with the LM? I would also like to know what function have the jumpers that are next to the 24V input. Thank you very much.

You probably need POE-24-12W (not the gigabit model).
Jumpers can be used to disable PoE. By default they should be in PoE enabled position.
