Define ‘cloud’ as it can mean so many things..

You probably mean something like IFTTT..

Here we use the remote services (Note: this sample uses old version RS) to IFTTT cloud services.

IFTTT is exactly what I want to use =) I mean "cloud" is yours (http://cloud.logicmachine.net/). Is it possible?
