8 pir to ”or” block with 2 timers

I need some help with a function/script?

Turn off at no presence in 2-steps.

I have 8 Pirs sending just ”on” and ”off” at presence. 2sec
Pir-1 groupadress 1/1/110
Pir-2 groupadress 1/1/111
Pir-3 groupadress 1/1/112
Pir-4 groupadress 1/1/113
Pir-5 groupadress 1/1/114
Pir-6 groupadress 1/1/115
Pir-7 groupadress 1/1/116
Pir-8 groupadress 1/1/117

After 15min with no presence i want to send 10% to 1/1/100 and after additional 30min 0% to 1/1/100

Best way to do that?
