I have an issue with the LM app, when I try to open mosaic thorugh cloud.
there is a spinner that never stops, and after a few minutes logs out.

Here is a Video showing the issue.

Hi,
Which is it your firmware? If you are running the 2024.02, try with LM Home

The spinner is a refresh when websocket connection is not established. Check if you see the same via normal browser.

PS there is new app LM Home

I updated the Firmware to 2024.02, and now works fine.
With both apps.

The issue did not happen on a browser. only on the app.

What firmware do you use? Is the LM cloud app up to date? What about Mosaic? What is the device you are testing on?
