Hi, I configured Alexa a week ago for opening closing one of my locks and it worked fine for a few days. However yesterday suddenly I had an issue that commands were not getting through anymore to the LM. Alexa still recognized the command and confirmed the action of opening and closing a lock (including "hang on"), however nothing actually happened with my lock. After configuring and cloud syncing once more with the LM-Alexa app it started working again. Somehow it seemed that the LM-cloud configuration got lost. Is this recognized? What could be causing this, and how to prevent it towards the future?
