Make trend calculate hourly powerconsumption

I once saw a guide on how to make a trend reset every hour an then visualise the used amount of power in the last hour.
But now I can't seem to find it anymore? If anyone can help, it will be greatly apriciated

Trend in counter mode should do the trick. But the value should not be reset.
