Yes, see in KNX settings:  Pass ind. telegrams via IP Routing

Just to be sure If I have multiple IP Routers connected to the same VLAN
Router1: 1.1.0
Router2: 1.2.0
Router3: 1.3.0
Router4: 1.4.0
Router5: 1.5.0

And I Connect a LM to the same VLAN and set it to these settings and connect to it via ZeroTier, then i should be able to program all lines via ETS?

Yes, this should work with the latest firmware and "Pass ind. telegrams via IP Routing" enabled.
