send Trend .csv to email without ftp

Hello.
I found many script how to send exported .csv file to email through ftp.
But is there any working script that doesn't use ftp server to send the file.

You don't need FTP to send the file. Some scripts incorrectly use filesystem as a temporary storage for the file.
The CSV data (as a string) can be sent as attachment directly from the script without saving it to a file.
