My Wiser is not working great when it comes to Hue. Unstable!

I guess the V2 scripts on https://openrb.com/ is the last working script?

What does it mean?

Just find this Hybrid script and see what it does, don't think it is related to Philips hue.
You probably have Zigbee app without the interface. Just uninstall it.
