[urgent] LM behavior after power outage

Hi !
On our project we had a power outage test with all facility today and here's what we found out.

If any data change (with object value, database, storage...etc) happen in LM right before the power outage(like 5 minutes?), LM does not remember them when the power gets back.

If we reboot the LM from the system menu manually LM remembers everything when the power gets back.

The issue is that there is some critical data we need to save for sure, even there will be a power outage. 
I appreciate if there is any way to do it.

Use UPS, LM saves project every 30 min to preserve SD card life time.

- Is there any way to shorten the save interval time from to 30 min to like 15 min? I know it is not recommended because it will affect the SD card life time though...
- Is there any UPS brand you recommend? We are trying to find one.

If you use UPS then any modification makes no sense, no recommendations.
