Spacelynk knx communication stops
#1
Hello i am using LM for some years, and are happy with it.. Now i got to test an Spacelynk from Schneider.
But it stops just after a couple of hours. As you can see on the connected picture it peaks on 100 %. Everything works normal, but the knx communication stops and nothing goes on out or in of the Spacelynk and nothing goes out on the Ets group monitor.

If i disconnect the knx line and wait a moment and then connect back on, the Spacelynk will start again.

Really annoying. I have just updated the firmware and still the same behavier.

Anybody know anything about this..

Hi,

What HW version do you have? What brand KNX powersupply do you use?

Is the bus voltage more then 30V?

Hi,

What is the hardware version?

Do you use the 24V power outlet from the KNX power supply for the spaceLYnk?

Erwin

My powersupply is the reg/24v dc/0,4A Mtn693003.
So it is not supplied via the knx line.

Not sure of the hardware version.
On the side it only says LSS100200
Version V1.1

Hi,

I think you have a older device with TPUART2, there are some cases known that under certain conditions the TPUART is going to sleep mode. We use different TPUART now.

I think you have one of that devices..

Contact your country's front office to discuss replacement.
