Restore backup failed - domotiqa - 08.02.2018 Hi, I try to restore backup from Spacelynk v2.0 to another spacelynk v2.1 and several backup failed to restore (invalid). Do you know if there is a trick/fle to modify in backup to reimport easily all my backup to different customer project. I have one spacelynk and one homelynk as demo server for customer that i use to present and develop before deploying it to customer building. RE: Restore backup failed - domotiqa - 09.02.2018 I try with several different backup file and still the same error (Backup file is invalid) I also try to reset the Spacelynk without sucess I can open the archive file. I tried to restore at least 5 different project without any sucess ! Lots of them was made on Spacelynk and homelynk 2.0.1 firmware. I can't restore it on my Spacelynk 2.1.1 firmware ! Any of them are accepted ! The fun point is that partial program are imported (but still message invalid file), but looks like some picture are missing. RE: Restore backup failed - Erwin van der Zwart - 09.02.2018 Hi, Can you open the back-up with a compressed folder application like 7Zip? What is the size of your backup? Is it a couple of Kb's? Could be corrupt backup-up sets.. BR, Erwin RE: Restore backup failed - domotiqa - 09.02.2018 (09.02.2018, 11:44)Erwin van der Zwart Wrote: Hi, Thank for your help. No backup are ok ! I hope that it will continue like this because I have several backup I used as template for different customer project before deploying it in their building ! RE: Restore backup failed - bguillerey - 06.05.2025 Hi, I update my Wiser for KNX, HomeLynk to version 2.x.x to the new version 3.0.0 The firmware update was successfully. now it shows: HW: Wiser for KNX (i.MX6) SW: 3.0.0 But I lost all group addresses, trends, scripts, modbus configuration, visualizations. I try to import the backup file generated just before the firmware update but that has no effect. My icons and images/background are present. I can open the database current,md5 and browse the rows inside the tables. What should I have to do ? RE: Restore backup failed - admin - 06.05.2025 Perform a factory reset and try restoring the backup again. If it does not help then re-flash the SD card: https://kb.logicmachine.net/misc/reflash-lm-and-streaming-player/ RE: Restore backup failed - bguillerey - 07.05.2025 I re-flash the SD-Card. I can only import my project backup only if the firmware is V2.1.0. If update from V2.10 to higher (V2.3.0, V2.6.2, V2.8.0, V3.0.0) I lost all data. If after re-flash the SD-Card I use an higher firmware , and I import my project nothing happened, still empty. I can use again my product, and that is the more important, but how can update it to more recent firmware? Thanks RE: Restore backup failed - Daniel - 07.05.2025 Send me your backup to PM. Which hw version do you have? RE: Restore backup failed - Daniel - 07.05.2025 You have too many trends there, In old firmware they were stored differently. Use 7zip, edit your backup and delete some trends. Save while closing 7zip. |
