Can LM read the physical address of KNX devices through the KNX IP routing mode?

What exactly do you want to achieve? Functions like buslib.ping() should work over routing if "Pass ind. telegrams via IP Routing" is enabled.

I want to enable LM to read the physical address status of KNX devices under other KNX branches through IP routing. Is this possible?

Possible, you need to enable "Pass ind. telegrams via IP Routing" option in System config > Network > KNX connection.
