cloud malfunction

For about a couple of hours, a customer of mine has been saying he can't log in to the cloud. Even after resetting his password, it won't accept it or allow him to continue. Are there any issues with the cloud right now?

Now they are logged in with the random password set, but can't see any Alexa objects as previous...

There is no Alexa in cloud, never was.
