How to get luasql.mysql package ?

Hope you are all well & healthy

More generally, I would like to know how / where to search / get packages that are compatible with LogicMachine ? 
In this case it is for "luasql.mysql" package
(I search unsuccessfully within the forum, maybe I miss it, if so, sorry)
I suppose that such package (once downloaded) can be installed via "system config" panel / "system/package" menu ?

I have the following error:
