I need to clear trends, not to delete them

How can I clear a trend, not to delete it?, I need to delete all data inside the trend without delete the trend to keep alive the trend Id, and keep alive the link to that trend.

There's no easy way of doing this at the moment. New unpublished firmware has automatic trend re-creation in case trend files are missing. In this case you can do a backup, delete trend files from it using 7-Zip and restore modified backup so trend files are created again.
